We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Nevovate. If you need to return an item, the process is quick and easy.
1) Check Eligibility
- Within 30 days of delivery.
- Unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Some items (e.g., coffee beans) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
2) How to Start a Return
Contact us and include:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos if damaged/defective
We reply within 1β2 business days with instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).
3) Return Shipping
- Damaged/Defective: We cover return shipping.
- Change of Mind: Customer pays return shipping.
4) Refund Process
- Refund issued within 3β5 business days after inspection.
- Credited to your original payment method.
- Email confirmation when refund is processed.
