We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Nevovate. If you need to return an item, the process is quick and easy.

1) Check Eligibility

  • Within 30 days of delivery.
  • Unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Some items (e.g., coffee beans) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

2) How to Start a Return

Contact us and include:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos if damaged/defective
We reply within 1–2 business days with instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).

3) Return Shipping

  • Damaged/Defective: We cover return shipping.
  • Change of Mind: Customer pays return shipping.

4) Refund Process

  • Refund issued within 3–5 business days after inspection.
  • Credited to your original payment method.
  • Email confirmation when refund is processed.
