At Nevovate, we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it easy for you to return it.

Start a Return

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase required.

What Can’t Be Returned

• Coffee beans or other perishable items.
• Final Sale items.
• Gift cards.

How to Return

• Email contact@Nevovate.com or call +1 (336) 569-9633 for return approval.
• Pack the item securely with all accessories and original packaging.
• Ship it back using a trackable method.

Refunds

• Processed within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.
• Refunded to your original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless it’s our mistake.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return it and place a new order.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for a replacement or refund.
